Superior Act Podcast (a structure)
Overview, Prep, Format (with songs, sponsorships, outros, intros, and more)
Overview
The Superior Act Podcast hosts hour long conversations about superior action. This has both a general and a specific sense.
Generally, we will talk about what makes certain actions superior: for instance, why it is that cooperative actions are superior than “private” actions, why it is that creative actions are superior to conservative actions.
Specifically, we will talk about “Superior Acts” - that is, creative group buys amounting to $50,000. An example of these is “Superior Act 1: Elastic Authorship” - the sale of 200 collaboratively created boards.
The Prep
Before coming on the show, guests are advised to prepare (1) an answer to the question “What was the last superior act you experienced or enacted?” and (2) an idea for a superior act, that is a group purchase of 50,000 dollars, with 10,000 of those dollars going to the cooperatively owned platform, (3) a guest Schpiel, that is, something that you’d like to talk about or plug.
